Health and wellness newsletters are arguably the most common component found in corporate wellness programs. Newsletters are a simple method of promoting the value of good health and educating employees on ways to lead a healthier lifestyle.
The source, frequency and the method of delivering employee wellness newsletters varies greatly. While some employers create their own newsletters, other employers prefer to buy them ready-made. The majority of employers, however, don’t know where to begin. No matter which category you fall into, we can help.
Following is a menu of wellness newsletters that we have collected or created. Feel free to use these newsletters as you see fit, but please credit the group or groups that created them.
